Brand identity and lead generation program for an upmarket new homes development
Pavilion Park was a flagship development in a prestigious and sought-after location for Langham Homes. We created a brand identity and communication assets to create anticipation and a level of expectation that would support the aim of achieving ambitious pricing in a highly competitive market place.

The development identity was created to reflect the greenery and natural surrounding of the scheme whilst the name referenced the Pavilion Club next door which was a well known and prestigious local landmark.
A high-quality set of CGI images was created to help convey the tone and style of the development and to help establish its position as a desirable address.
We developed a detailed plan to create an off-site launch event with the local agent. This allowed us to qualify and refine the initial enquiries and create a database of hot leads so that we could develop a one-to-one relationship and progress them on the sales journey.
A set of advertising creatives was developed and then applied across press, online and outdoor media applications
As the homes neared completion, we created virtual staging images to show them off to the best advantage without incurring the costs of a traditional show home. We were also able to offer to adapt the images to include prospective buyers’ style choices to help them better envisage their new home.
