A brand new name and identity for one of the UK's leading professional services companies.

Thomasons had been one of the UK’s engineering consultancies of choice for over 30 years. However, recent changes to the organisation and structure of the business necessitated a review and a change of name. 

We recruited a brand stakeholder team and set up a series of workshops to focus our thinking and drive the project forward. We quickly established a brand positioning and sharpened their values. Before implementing this, we created a new brand name and identity across all communications platforms.

All this activity was completed within five months from start to finish. It was launched to the internal team, and then two events were held to announce the changes to their clients. True to our collaborative ethos, we worked hand-in-hand with the marketing team and shared the stage during the internal and client launches.

Marketing support collateral
Brand launch communications

Working with the brand stakeholder group we developed a series of different design approaches to establish our desired tone and personality

Alongside the brand indentity we carried out a naming exercise to create a new brand name. This had to fit with the business straegy as well as being memorable, unique and available as a web domain. Perega was the choosen name and once all the legal and IP checks had been done we syncronised this with a new idenity development.

We worked alongside the Perega marketing team to reskin their website with the new identity and also created a toolkit for social media and email marketing
