Brand name, identity and launch communications for a new homes developer
Born out of the senior management team from a long-established new homes developer, Neulive wanted to shake off the traditional norms of the new homes industry and create a new approach, placing sustainability and responsibility at the heart of their operations. We were tasked with creating a new brand name, manifesto, and identity, and we saw this through to launch and promotion. In addition to this, we created the brand identity for their first development at Witley in Surrey.
